Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of connecting innovative wellness solutions with industry-leading organizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact workplace health on a national scale. You’ll leverage your communication skills to navigate complex corporate structures, set high-value appointments, and contribute to multi-month sales cycles that can result in deals worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to hospital systems and large employers, following up on cold emails to generate leads and set appointments
  • Navigate complex corporate phone systems to reach key decision-makers in HR departments
  • Utilize Apollo.io and Pipedrive CRM to manage and prioritize a high volume of leads, focusing on those showing recent interest in corporate wellness
  • Assess potential client fit by inquiring about current wellness programs and identifying renewal periods for existing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support email outreach efforts with timely and persistent phone follow-ups
  • Identify and capitalize on optimal calling windows for different target organizations, particularly within hospital systems
  • Track and report on outreach activities and appointment setting success rates
  • Adapt communication strategies for both hospital systems and direct employer contacts


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly over the phone
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or corporate sectors, with a proven track record of navigating HR departments
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and persist in follow-ups with potential clients
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools, particularly Apollo.io and Pipedrive
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout long sales cycles
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 4 PM Central Time, with potential for increased hours as the business scales
  • Comfort with working in a results-driven environment, focusing on high-value appointment setting
  • Ability to quickly assess and articulate the value proposition of wellness programs to diverse organizational stakeholders
