Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns, offering free marketing audits to businesses across Australia
Expertly qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
Utilize cutting-edge CRM systems (Monday.com) and communication tools (Aircall) to manage and track leads efficiently
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointments set
Collaborate closely with the sales team to continuously refine lead qualification processes
Develop a deep understanding of our digital marketing services to effectively communicate value to prospects
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
Contribute to the improvement of sales strategies and scripts based on feedback and results

Requirements

4+ years of telemarketing experience preferably with an Australian client or business
Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional verbal communication skills
Proven track record in cold calling, preferably within the Australian market
Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques
Excellent listening skills and ability to identify client pain points
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required
