We are looking for an experienced Technical Integration Manager to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Integration Planning and Coordination: Manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful integrations.
  • Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the technical team, the customer (iGaming operator), and internal teams (support, product, sales). Ensure the integration process aligns with business goals and technical specifications. This includes constant communication through video calls, text chats, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • API Integration Setup: Ensure seamless integration between the operator’s/broker’s software and Scaleo. Set up APIs for tracking player activities (events), verify integration according to documentation, and guide customers on resolving any related issues.
  • Data Synchronization: Manage the exchange of data between systems, ensuring that information like deposits, withdrawals, registrations, and bets is accurately captured and reported within the affiliate platform. Handle resynchronization requests as needed.
  • Ongoing Monitoring: Regularly monitor integrations to ensure uninterrupted tracking of player activities and accurate commission calculations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Expertise in iGaming/Trading Affiliate Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and tracking technologies, familiarity with DevTools.
  • Understanding of common data formats: JSON, XML.
  • At least 2 years of experience in either Project Management, Technical Support, Lead QA, Integration Management, or Onboarding Management roles.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Passionate, proactive, and responsible to ensure a smooth and top-notch customer experience.

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL.
  • Proficiency in additional languages besides English and Ukrainian.
