Job description

On behalf of NDA,SaaS sales platforms SD Solutions is looking for a talented Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting existing customers by understanding their request and configure their existing SaaS environment — helping to maintain their continuously success on the platform and smooth integration with their ERPs.
Your primary focus will be understanding the customer request, make changes to the back- office configuration and interact with the customer is resolve issues. This role goes beyond just setting up existing features. You will learn to write custom scripts, troubleshoot challenges, and develop creative solutions that align with each business’s requirements. With the goal of graduating into an implementation specialist who take ownership of implementing entire project.
Working closely with a senior engineer, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship, with the goal of becoming fully capable of translating business needs into real, functional technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requests and configure back-office SaaS settings accordingly.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot system challenges.
  • Develop and execute custom scripts to align solutions with business needs.
  • Work closely with senior engineers for hands-on training and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure smooth ERP integrations.
  • Gain expertise in high-demand systems like SAP, NetSuite, and REST APIs.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to code in JavaScript.
  • SaaS account management experience (3+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL queries and relational database architecture.
  • Ability to learn and work within complex systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and utilize data effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer onboarding or technical support.
  • Experience with APIs or system integrations.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, B2B sales, or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in the Pacific time zone.
