Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Type: Full Time 

Location: Remote Hybrid in Denver, COSome Onsite Work Required

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Hours May Vary 

Compensation: $75,000-90,000 Annual Salary

 

About The Role 

As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Sandstone Care, you will lead a team of recruiters and talent sourcing specialists to attract and hire top professionals in behavioral health and addiction treatment. This role is ideal for a data-driven, people-focused leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, optimizing hiring processes, and driving employer branding efforts. The key responsibilities of this role include: 

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 recruiters and sourcing specialists.
  • Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract top behavioral health professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, inclusive hiring initiatives, and industry best practices.

Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring goals with business objectives.
  • Utilize market trends and data analytics to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Optimize recruiting technologies (ATS/HRIS—Paycom, Greenhouse preferred).

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Enhance Sandstone Care’s employer brand to attract top behavioral health talent.
  • Foster a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline hiring and reduce time-to-fill.

Performance & Process Optimization

  • Analyze key recruiting metrics to drive efficiency and quality hiring outcomes.
  • Manage recruiting budget to maximize ROI on sourcing strategies.
  • Innovate talent pipeline strategies to proactively source top candidates.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience (healthcare or behavioral health preferred).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, recruiting best practices, and workforce planning.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Here's an overview of what comes next:

  3. Supervisor Interview (s): Expect 3 additional steps after the phone interview including 2 separate one hour interviews with various members of our People & Empowerment Team and a hiring project.
  4. Offer: If all goes well, you'll receive an offer.

Expected Interview Timeline: The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
