Job description

We are a legal staffing company hiring for our client, a family law firm located in Arizona, seeking a highly motivated Intake/Sales Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, excellent people skills, and the ability to connect with potential clients effectively.

As the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance, you will play a crucial role in assessing potential cases, building rapport with clients, and guiding them through the intake process. A background in sales, client relations, or legal intake is required, and experience in family law or legal services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from potential clients while providing excellent customer service.
  • Assess case details, including family law matters, and determine qualification for legal representation.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into clients.
  • Track and meet/exceed intake goals, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Enter and manage client information in the case management system accurately.
  • Work closely with legal staff to ensure smooth case onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (legal intake, call center, or high-volume sales preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills to convert leads into clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and case management software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
