This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5PM Miami, FL

Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper looking for a flexible, part-time role that allows you to showcase your financial expertise? You’ll be at the forefront of financial management, utilizing QuickBooks Desktop to create accurate financial statements, perform crucial accounting tasks, and ensure clients’ books are in perfect order. Responsibilities:

  • Create financial statements using QuickBooks Desktop
  • Perform journal entries and adjusting entries
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Catch up on backlogged financial work
  • Manage various client projects as assigned
  • Work on accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong knowledge of financial statement creation
  • Experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and adjusting entries
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and computer with webcam (for team meetings)
