Who We're Looking For:

EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Technical Product Manager. The ideal candidate should have a background in developing and articulating Product Vision and Product Strategy, as well as experience vetting, validating, developing, and launching product services. Proficiency in user-centered design principles, aligning teams with OKRs, and outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills are essential.


What You'll Be Responsible For:
 
  • Researching and vetting new product ideas
  • Creating product requirements and roadmaps
  • Extracting, evaluating, and codifying internal data to inform product line contribution and direction
  • Defining clear product OKRs and ensuring cross-functional clarity on objectives
  • Testing product ideas early and often
  • Guiding cross-functional teams toward successful solution delivery
  • Participating in the full product lifecycle
  • Gathering feedback from internal and external customers
  • Developing detailed requirements specifications, including acceptance criteria
  • Conducting market research
 
What You Need:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • A background in developing and articulating Product Vision and Product Strategy
  • Experience vetting, validating, developing, and launching product services
  • Proficiency in user-centered design principles
  • Experience developing and aligning teams with OKRs
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering customer value while meeting business objectives
  • A strong understanding of modern product development techniques, prototyping, and product testing strategies

Beneficial Experience:
  • Experience as a product manager in the BPM or health insurance industry
  • Analytics and development capabilities to support product discover and KPI dashboard development

The compensation structure for this position at our company is governed by various state Fair Pay Acts. Salaries will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs.
