This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM Birkdale, QLD
  • Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the linchpin in our client’s operation, bridging the gap between innovative marketing strategies and client success. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Translate client requests and business objectives into comprehensive, results-driven marketing strategies
  • Oversee the execution of multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
  • Effectively communicate campaign performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including SEO specialists, PPC experts, and content creators, to deliver integrated marketing solutions
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the agency’s growth
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies, incorporating new strategies to continually improve client results
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular client meetings and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and strategy
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency preferred
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook advertising, SEO, and web design principles
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus
