The Content Manager supports the RFI/Questionnaire and content management process for Veeva’s core products and services. This includes the following key responsibilities:
- Complete company information questionnaires (i.e. InfoSec/Quality, Privacy, Financial questionnaires)
- Maintain content and proposal templates
- Create and edit content for multiple products and services
- Support initiatives relating to content and proposal management tools
What You'll Do
Lead completion for all customer-related Information Security, Quality & Compliance, Risk Management, and Data Privacy (collectively, “InfoSec and Privacy”) requests for information, including assessments/questionnaires and questions contained within RFPs
Assist with maintaining the product information knowledge base, including content updating, validation, and classification
Working collaboratively with product teams on content creation, updates, and submissions. Research and gather information from various sources to develop clear, concise, and engaging content and templates
Translate technical material into easily understood responses and narratives
Format, proofread, and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and readability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or relevant field, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
3+ years of experience in managing a content library and/or first-level RFI support- B2B life sciences and/or SaaS technology experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple, high-priority requests
Exceptional organizational, project management, and written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office Suite and document design
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
Experience responding to InfoSec and Privacy-related requests
Experience with proposal management software (e.g., Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian)
Experience using third-party assessment portals (e.g., OneTrust, ServiceNow)

Compensation
Base pay: $90,000 - $150,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
