This is a remote position.

Job Description for Administrative Assistant with Excel Skills

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm Metter, GA Time
  • Remote position with regular communication via email and potentially phone/video calls
  • Directly report to and support the business owner
  • Collaborate with existing team members in logistics and manufacturing
  • Assist in scaling operations quickly to meet post-Shark Tank demand

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming emails, categorizing them efficiently
  • Handle customer quotes and coordinate with logistics and manufacturing teams
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various business purposes, including expense reports
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling
  • Coordinate with third-party fulfillment warehouses as needed
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and data organization
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in customer service or client communication
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working in different time zones and flexible with work hours
