Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. In this role, you will handle a variety of office duties, assist with scheduling, manage communications, and ensure smooth operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Answer and direct phone calls, handle incoming emails, and respond to client inquiries.
Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations for internal and client meetings.
Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Support the management team with project coordination and execution.
Organize and manage company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to in day-to-day operations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a professional demeanor.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.).
Location:
