Contingent Talent Senior Associate
The Contingent Workforce Senior Associate is responsible for the administration and audit of Externals@Bayer compliance process and requirements. Those include monitoring of purchase orders, consultation and guidance to requesting managers. The Contingent Workforce Senior Associate will work closely with Contingent Workforce Expert on more complex cases and share process improvements ideas.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Monitors and reviews customer specific purchase orders in accordance with customer contract requirements
· Tracks non-compliance and communicates and interacts with internal requisitioners and suppliers
· Works with CWS team to foster a team and results-oriented culture to ensure client required service levels and contractual requirements are achieved
· Documents issues and maintains a formal follow-up process for all assigned tasks
· Develops action plans in collaboration with the Compliance Team to resolve compliance issues
· Escalates issues to CWS EMEA Lead, Compliance to resolve complex issues. Provides feedback on recommended solutions to improve compliance
· Builds and maintains working relationships with colleagues, management, customers and vendors
· Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
· At least two years of experience in a service-procurement environment
· At least two years of compliance experience (preferrable) not mandatory.
· Skilled in German (C1 as a minimum) and English (B2) verbally and in writing
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong attention to details, analytical, organizational and communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
