About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll help shape CapIntel's future by bringing on board people who'll drive our next phase of growth. You'll own full recruiting cycle – from crafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to closing offers. This role goes beyond filling positions – you'll partner with hiring managers to build their teams while creating an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

What you'll do

Full-Cycle Recruitment  

  • Guide the end-to-end hiring process, from initial kick-off meetings to offer celebrations  
  • Create an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers through clear communication and consistent support 

Strategic Talent Acquisition  

  • Develop diverse sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles  
  • Build and maintain an engaged candidate pipeline  
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for improvements

Hiring Manager Partnership  

  • Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and create compelling job descriptions  
  • Share insights on market trends and compensation to inform hiring decisions 

Market Intelligence  

  • Stay current with industry trends and candidate priorities  
  • Use data and market insights to guide hiring strategies

Process Improvement  

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance our recruiting processes for efficiency and scale  
  • Implement solutions that improve the hiring experience  

Team Collaboration  

  • Partner with the People team to align hiring with company goals  
  • Contribute to developing an outstanding onboarding experience 
  • Take on special projects as they arise
Qualifications
  • Recruitment Experience: Successfully managed full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, particularly in growth-focused companies.
  • Relationship Building: Track record of creating collaborative partnerships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Strategic Mindset: Experience developing hiring approaches that build diverse, talented teams.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple searches while delivering quality results.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern recruiting tools and ATS systems (we use Greenhouse)
Nice-to-have
  • Experience in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French
