We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Coordinator to join our dynamic IT team on a permanent, full time-basis, based in our fabulous Brisbane office!
This role, in a fast-paced management consulting business, has growth opportunities for someone with meticulous attention to detail and the curiosity to identify and resolve problems. It combines Level 1 IT support with and IT asset/invoice administration/software license management; offering the potential to learn about stakeholder engagement, negotiation and to shape our IT service from Brisbane.
The role:
- Maintain accurate registers of Nous IT software and hardware, suppliers and warranty contracts.
- Order IT accessories from agreed suppliers.
- Process invoices for IT services, software and hardware, including cost allocation.
- Administer software license allocations, assisted by automation.
- Confidently communicate to agree most appropriate software, duration of requirement and manage license count.
- Provide onsite IT support for our Brisbane office staff, plus remote support to the rest of our global business
- Provision and support IT assets such as laptops and audio-visual equipment to a Level 1 standard.
- Support good information management processes and data security. Provide access to systems ethically; produce reports to demonstrate cybersecurity compliance and assist decision making.
- Administer IT change records to ensure good IT infrastructure, application and device change process and documentation.
- Gather and respond to feedback from stakeholders to enhance service and relationships.
- Contribute to effective communication of IT policy, process and changes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; schedule meetings and coordinate small IT projects.
