Senior IT Project Manager - Drive Complex Transformations

Securitas Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects in Europe. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of delivering successful IT initiatives, we want to hear from you!

The Role:

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will:

Lead the full lifecycle of complex IT projects, from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Implement and maintain project management best practices as defined by our Global IT PMO.
Manage and control the change management process.

Required Skills and Experience:

10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Experience managing complex IT projects, including infrastructure, software development, and data migration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
Experience in the electronic security industry is a plus.
Experience with budget management.
Experience managing vendor relations.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
Experience with cloud technologies and/or ERP migration projects.
Experience in a multi-national environment
