JOB TITLE: Transaction Manager

RATE: Php 275 per hour

Work Type: Full-time, Remote/WFH

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager with paralegal experience in commercial real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. real estate and will be responsible for managing offers, contracts, and overseeing the entire transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate commercial real estate transactions from offer to close.

  • Review and handle contracts, ensuring all terms are met.

  • Provide paralegal support and ensure legal compliance throughout the transaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and smooth transaction completion.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal experience in commercial real estate transactions.

  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
