Location Details: Remote, Colombia

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

GoDaddy is seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to support our Commerce Business Unit leaders. This role will report to the President of Commerce Business Unit. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Admin to support our executive leadership team. This individual will operate as a trusted partner and coordinator, taking a broad view of the organization’s priorities and ensuring that the executive’s time and help to focus and align with the company’s most critical objectives. Alongside handling complex administrative tasks and logistics, the successful candidate will also help function as a chief of staff: managing cross-functional coordination, driving operational efficiencies, and act as a key liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders. 

What you'll get to do...

Executive Administration

  • Calendar Management - Coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure all stakeholders are informed of any changes.  Ensuring alignment with immediate priorities and business objectives. 
  • Travel & Logistics - Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and troubleshoot travel issues when they arise.
  • Meeting Coordination, Preparation & Follow-Up  - Organize and schedule executive meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and agendas are prepared in advance. Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion. Planning of quarterly social connection events.
  • Data Coordination, Reporting & Processing – Centralize team documents and agendas.  Assist with headcount approval process. Maintain spreadsheets for quarterly business planning process. Build, launch and analyze data from semi-annual leadership team offsite feedback surveys. 
  • Administrative Support - Process and track expense reports in a timely manner. Order office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.  Be a key point-of-contact for full Commerce organization. 

 Strategic Support & Chief of Staff Duties

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive and oversee multi-department projects; monitor progress and deliverables to ensure timely execution. Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong internal and external relationships. 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and interpret data for executive decision-making; present insights in clear, actionable formats. Assist with headcount approval process, including maintaining spreadsheets for it.
  • Process Improvement: Continually evaluate and refine workflows, communication protocols, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency. 

Your experience should include...

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting executive-level business leaders (e.g. Business Presidents and Vice Presidents) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proven track record of project management and/or chief of staff responsibilities, with demonstrated success in planning, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership. Ability to synthesize complex ideas and data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Professionalism & Discretion: Strong sense of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information. Proactive anticipation of executive needs.
  • Time Management & Prioritization: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Adept at juggling competing demands in a fast-paced environment and holding people accountable to agreed upon actions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field a plus.
