Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Do Work that Matters ​​

As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:​​

• Concierge and welcome calls​​

• Missed payments and early-intervention collections​​

• Simple customer service enquiries​

Our contact centre is open 7 days a week, 8am - 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.​

We currently have permanent part-time (25 hours) positions available:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm

Please note, you must commit to this shift schedule for at least 12 months.

Hours and training​​

To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:​​

• Start date: Monday 31st March 2025

• ​Available to work from Hobart, TAS - 188 Collins Street once a fortnight​​, (work from the office up to 3 days per week during training).​​

• Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 3 weeks. Training will run Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm ​

• Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period​​

• Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career​​
