Business Law Intern AME

Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Business Law Intern AME for 6 months from July to December 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You will be part of the AME (Africa Middle East) team, within the Legal Department of Pernod Ricard S.A., to support the lawyers in their daily missions.

Your key missions:

• You will assist in the negotiation, drafting and monitoring of contracts set up within the Group and with third parties (e.g. distribution contracts, raw material supply contracts, marketing contracts, NDAs) in the various markets of the region
• You will follow-up and record contracts and their amendments in the Group databases
• You will assist with contract management: drafting letters of formal notice or termination, and renewal amendments
• You will assist in managing the governance and corporate law topics of French and foreign subsidiaries of the region (e.g. PoAs, approval of accounts, creation of subsidiaries/branches/representative offices, transfer of shares, DoAs)
• You will assist in implementing internal Group policies, particularly in terms of compliance (e.g. anti-corruption, competition law)
• You will assist in monitoring pre-litigation and litigation in progress in the region: breach of commercial relations, breach of contract, etc.
• You will conduct legal research relating to business law
• You will have occasional trips to tribunals, courts or notaries for apostille or legalization of documents

• You are a M2 student or trainee lawyer.
• You have legal training in business law or international business law.
• You have experience in business law firms or legal departments of companies.
• You have an good level of written and spoken English; fluency in another language is a plus.
• You are an open-minded team player who demonstrates flexibility, proactivity, autonomy, and rigor.
