Job description

As a Post-Production Support (PPS) Analyst, you will specifically support our Coupa Customer Success Team by coordinating management of recurring client contracts, entering critical data into various systems in a timely manner, and providing essential reporting to PPS leadership. You will need to be proactive and assertive, communicative, collaborative, and serve as a liaison to other segments of the Coupa team.

What You'll Do:
  • Input, track and maintain Salesforce elements related to client renewals
  • Conduct a QA review of final executed SOW to system data entered
  • Ensure new and relevant documents are posted within Teams channels and folders
  • Manage document execution within DocuSign
  • Point of contact and responsible for change order entries within Salesforce
  • Assist in reporting and analysis
  • Build/maintain customized dashboards/views that enable sales and operational success
  • Liaise between PPS and other Coupa teams, such as Sales and Delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of tools and processes to support the sales cycle

  • Intermediate Excel skills essential (pivot tables, Vlookups, conditional formatting, etc.)
  • Highly organized and operates with a sense of urgency
  • Exposure to Coupa and Salesforce preferred
  • Experience in a sales support role desired
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and clients, make an impact, and provide excellent client service
  • Professionalism and discretion in interacting with executives and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, confident and flexible
