This is a remote position.

Part-time (20 hours a week)
Mon - Fri 6 AM- 10 AM (EST)


Job Description for Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on potential leads and target markets using various online tools and databases

  • Create and maintain lists of prospective clients based on specific company criteria and parameters

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers and key contacts within target organizations

  • Verify and validate email addresses and contact information for accuracy

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and targeting

  • Update and maintain the prospect database with current and relevant information

  • Generate reports on lead generation activities and results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or similar research-oriented roles

  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools

  • Strong research and data analysis skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets

  • Good communication skills for potential collaboration with the sales team

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management

Scope:

  • Initially part-time position with potential to transition to full-time

  • Focus on creating targeted lists of potential clients based on provided company criteria

  • Emphasis on research and data verification rather than direct cold calling

  • Flexibility to adapt to client-specific processes and tools

  • Minimum of 20 hours per week for part-time roles
