About the Role We're looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to build and nurture relationships with our network of former industry executive consultants. In this strategic role, you'll develop and execute engagement strategies that transform our consultant network into a powerful lead generation engine. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with experienced industry leaders while creating structured programs that drive measurable business growth through these valuable partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive engagement plans for our consultant network, including regular touchpoints, structured meetings, and progress tracking

  • Develop and maintain detailed relationship maps for each consultant, identifying high-potential introduction opportunities

  • Build and execute enablement programs that keep consultants informed about product developments and market trends

  • Generate and distribute targeted materials that support consultants in their outreach efforts

  • Maintain detailed documentation of consultant interactions, insights, and industry intelligence

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics including introduction quality, conversion rates, and ROI per consultant

  • Orchestrate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support consultant-driven opportunities

  • Lead quarterly business reviews with top-performing consultants to optimize engagement strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or similar roles

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on partnership metrics

  • Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication

  • Experience with CRM systems and partnership management tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with executive-level consultants or advisory networks

  • Background in partnership program development

  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead generation best practices

  • Experience in creating enablement materials and training programs

  • Familiarity with lead tracking and attribution systems
