Job description

Sinch Mailjet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop, maintain, and expand Mailjet’s integrations and ecosystem offerings. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Mailjet, drive accelerated growth, and create seamless experiences for Mailjet customers. Prioritizing what to build, communicating clear requirements and acceptance criteria, solutioning through dependencies and constraints, informing stakeholders of timelines, and managing full product lifecycles will be critical to success in this role.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Design, Engineering, Data Analytics, Support, Marketing, and Sales to develop a product strategy and roadmap for enhancing Mailjet’s integrations and ecosystem.
    • Ensure smooth delivery of high-quality integration experiences by addressing dependencies and constraints.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Mailjet’s integration portfolio, including:
    • E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
    • CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
    • CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
    • Marketplaces (e.g., Google Cloud Marketplace)
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business by enhancing existing integrations or building new ones informed by market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback.
  • Prioritize the roadmap based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility, while ensuring alignment with Mailjet’s overall product strategy.
  • Advocate for user and buyer needs through data-driven insights, user research, and feedback.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop go-to-market strategies for integrations, including launch plans, documentation, and success metrics.
  • Monitor the performance of integrations and ecosystem offerings through ongoing analysis of usage, financial, and market data; report findings and recommend next steps to stakeholders.
  • Refine integration features and functionality through continuous collaboration with designers and engineers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS products in email marketing or related fields.
  • A strong understanding of the email marketing landscape, particularly tools and integrations with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot, and Google Cloud Marketplace.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for growth by enhancing existing integrations or developing new ones that align with market needs.
  • Proven ability to quickly understand the product, business, and competitive landscape to create clear product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver impactful results.
  • Familiarity with API-based products and experience translating product strategies into actionable technical requirements.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools to evaluate usage patterns, financial performance, and market trends for informed decision-making.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design processes, ensuring customer needs are prioritized from strategy through execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional results.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent product management certifications.

The annual starting salary for this position is $144,768.00 - $180,960.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 2/05/25 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
