Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company that is seeking to onboard a Crypto Product Manager Officer to join their team.  


Position:  Crypto Product Manager

Location: Remote from Cyprus / Serbia / Estonia / Lithuania / Ukraine / Kazakhstan / Uzbekistan OR option of office based work if based in Cyprus

Work model: remote OR on site

Employment type: Services Agreement if based out of Cyprus

Remuneration: Base salary quarterly Bonuses, depending on experience.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, user feedback, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the deployment efforts of the solution, ensuring a user-friendly and seamless experience, including key features like integrations, tools, and functionalities.
  • Continuously assess and improve the platform's functionality to meet evolving user needs, focusing on aspects like security, scalability, and compliance with regulations.
  • Define and document functional requirements, collaborating with development teams to ensure successful implementation of key features.
  • Work closely with design teams or vendors to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces tailored to the needs of the target audience.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery and ongoing improvements, with a focus on the specific use cases of the product.
  • Propose and advocate for new ideas and features to enhance the platform's competitiveness, user engagement, and alignment with market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and marketing, to ensure alignment of product goals with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to both internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, users, and partners.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. 
  • Fluency in Russian (C1) is preferred, but we are open to candidates with other language skills.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in the tech, fintech, or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies, industry ecosystems, and user needs in the target market.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering software products, preferably in trading platforms or related solutions.
  • Experience leading UI/UX design processes and collaborating with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
  • Knowledge of specific features such as integrations, staking, financial tools, and regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC/AML).
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor products, and regulatory developments to shape product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
