About the Role: 

We are looking for an Automation and AI Specialist to design automated workflows, develop AI-driven solutions, and optimise business processes. You'll use tools like Zapier, Make, and Microsoft Power Automate, along with expertise in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (Generative AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch), to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Microsoft Power Automate, or similar platforms. 
• Optimise business processes by integrating third-party applications via APIs and webhooks. 
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to solve business challenges and improve decision-making. 
• Use libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn for predictive analytics and natural language processing. 
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions. 
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract and analyse data from databases. 
• Automate data workflows and ensure data accuracy and accessibility. 
• Build and maintain Python scripts for automation, data manipulation, and process optimisation. 
• Create custom solutions to address unique business requirements. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions. 
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation, AI, and related technologies.

Key Skills & Qualities:

• Proven experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Power Automate. 
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries like Pandas and NumPy. 
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). 
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs. 
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 
• Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and efficiency. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• 3+ years of experience in automation or AI development.

• 256GB storage space - minimum
• 16GB RAM - minimum
• Dual Core CPU - minimum
• Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
• Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)
• Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
