Schedule:
This is a fully remote position for someone residing in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.
Pacific Time Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Mountain Time Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday 9:15 AM - 6:00 PM
Central Time Scheduled hours: Monday - Friday 10:15 AM - 7:00 PM; One Saturday a month from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

The Member Services Specialist will provide exceptional member experience in all delivery channels. Implement the Credit Union’s Sales and Service standards by offering products and services to improve members’ financial position. Display a great, positive attitude and the drive to succeed.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $18.25, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
