Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to play a crucial role in our client’s digital marketing efforts. In this exciting part-time position, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the online visibility and growth of a multi-location medical spa franchise. Working closely with an innovative in-house marketing team, you’ll execute cutting-edge SEO strategies, optimize website performance, and drive organic traffic across multiple locations. This role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and challenge, allowing you to showcase your expertise while contributing to the company’s ambitious expansion plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement and fine-tune SEO strategies developed by the in-house team, ensuring maximum visibility for all franchise locations
  
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and seamlessly integrate findings into website content and structure
  
• Perform regular website audits and implement optimizations to enhance search engine rankings and user experience
  
• Optimize crucial on-page elements including meta tags, headers, and content to boost organic search performance
  
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure all new and existing content aligns with SEO best practices and drives organic growth
  
• Analyze SEO performance metrics and prepare insightful reports to guide data-driven decision-making
  
• Stay at the forefront of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, applying new knowledge to continually improve results
  
• Work on creative solutions to outperform competitors in local and national search results
  

Requirements

• Proven track record in SEO, with a particular focus on multi-location or franchise businesses
  
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the latest SEO techniques
  
• Proficiency in using popular SEO tools and analytics platforms to drive results
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome SEO challenges
  
• Self-motivated with outstanding time management skills, capable of thriving in a remote work environment
  
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and articulate SEO concepts
  
• Passion for staying updated on the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape
  
• Ability to work some off-hours to accommodate business needs and optimize workflow
  
• Experience in the beauty, wellness, or medical industries is a plus but not required
