We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company aspires to be the premier marketing agency in web3. They work with top companies & protocols to capture the attention and mindshare that they deserve. They have extensive experience in DeFi and leverage their network, creative, and scientific backgrounds to develop innovative marketing strategies to build attention funnels, capture mindshare, and monetise it efficiently.

We are looking for a SEO Specialist for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve our website’s visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

Responsibilities

Create and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to our Web3 projects.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content development.
Optimise website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking to improve search engine rankings.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the website is technically sound, addressing issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
Work closely with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience.
Develop and execute a link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings.
Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software; provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, especially within the Web3 and cryptocurrency sectors.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in the Web3 industry
Able to drive the entire SEO cycle including technical and non-technical.
Understanding of Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency landscape.
Proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
