Job Purpose:

To carry out the analysis of stability samples to meet the stability schedules, analysis of analytical method validation/verification, manage reference material, monitoring of stability chambers, preparing stability protocols, reports and maintaining the archiving of raw data, perform self-inspection, review data in SLIMS, empower, timely provide the data to PPR and Health Authority accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stability testing to ensure no products are overdue.
  • Manage reference material to ensure timely availability, maintain inventory, storage conditions, qualification, and all records.
  • Provide reference standards, along with the relevant Ministry of Health (MOH) methods, to regulatory authorities upon request.
  • Perform analysis of stability samples and AMV to meet the schedule and support the finished goods testing department to achieve CTR targets.
  • Prepare stability protocols and reports, receive stability samples, update stability schedules, label and place samples, and pull stability samples.
  • Prepare protocols and reports for the validation/verification of analytical methods for new and existing products.
  • Review and maintain all related documents (e.g., SLIMS, worksheets, logbooks, protocols, reports) in compliance with ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
  • Conduct self-inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Report and investigate any OOT (Out of Trend), OOS (Out of Specification), atypical results, events, or deviations promptly.
  • Provide timely data to the QS department for PPR reports.
  • Trained and perform OJT for new joiners and support the myLearning department.
  • Perform periodic revisions of analytical methods and SOPs.
  • Perform daily temperature monitoring of reference materials and stability chambers, maintain all records, and report any malfunctions promptly.
  • Ensure and maintain the stability of data for archiving purposes.
  • Support and actively participate in audit preparation activities with the reporting manager.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality, and other relevant policies and legal requirements, as well as Haleon Guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and legal requirements, as well as Haleon Guidelines.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned as needed to meet business requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

  • B.S/M.Sc(Chemistry) / Pharm D
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a Quality Control (QC) lab environment will be an asset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or a relevant field
