Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our client’s cutting-edge marketing team. In this exciting part-time role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute paid advertising strategies that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness for a multi-location medical spa franchise. Working closely with the in-house marketing team, you’ll leverage your expertise in Google and Meta advertising platforms to create, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns. This position offers the perfect blend of creativity and analytics, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company’s growth while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and refine paid advertising strategies across Google and Meta platforms, ensuring maximum ROI for all franchise locations
  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid search, display, and social media ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions
  • Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on creating eye-catching visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience segments to identify top-performing elements and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple locations, ensuring optimal allocation and performance
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time, making data-driven decisions to maximize results and minimize wasted ad spend
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging paid advertising trends, new features, and best practices across all relevant platforms
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns, preferably for multi-location or franchise businesses
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search, display, and social media advertising principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms’ tools, analytics, and third-party optimization tools
  • Strong experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page design principles
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
  • Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with team members and clearly articulate campaign performance and recommendations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to develop innovative ad concepts that stand out in competitive markets
  • Experience in the beauty, wellness, or medical industries is a plus but not required
  • Ability to adapt to the client’s flexible schedule, including some work during off-hours as needed
