Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, proofread, and compliance check acquisition packages (i.e., "triage of shopping carts") for deficiencies.
  • Ensure all documents attached to the shopping carts are complete, accurately describe what is being procured, and contain all required documents based on what is being procured.
    • Ensure all signatures required at the shopping cart stage are present.
    • Coordinate with customers to provide additional documentation, complete shopping carts, or return shopping carts for customer completion.
    • Transition customers to requirements writing and gathering team if customer needs additional support in completing shopping carts.
    • Transition support to contracting officers upon complete shopping cart triage.
    • Elevate to government POC when shopping cart triage has not been completed within five (5) business days or when cart is at risk due to customer need by date.
  • Track shopping cart activities and completion of triage assessment
  • Conduct aged shopping cart analysis
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications:
  • 8 years’ experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain IRS Suitability clearance, which requires on-time annual tax filing and payment and proof of US citizenship beyond a US passport
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Pay Range: USD $145,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr. EEO:
