Wir suchen Dich, als (Senior-) Business ControllerIn, um unser Business Controlling Team weiter zu stärken. Du agierst als proaktiver Sparringspartner für unsere Business Unit Heads und spielst eine zentrale Rolle in der Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanz- und Reportingprozesse. Deine Analysen und Empfehlungen sind entscheidend für die strategische Ausrichtung und operative Effizienz des Unternehmen. Damit trägst Du maßgeblich zum strategischen Wachstum der Trusted Shops SE bei. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du das Business Controlling Team beim Monatsreporting, Ad-hoc Analysen und im Rahmen der Jahresplanungs- und Forecastprozesse.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist proaktive/r SparringspartnerIn unserer Business Unit Heads und unterstützt bei strategischen Entscheidungen mit fundierten Analysen

  • Eigenständige Pflege und Erstellung der laufenden Reportings im Rahmen der Monatsabschlusstätigkeit sowie Analyse und Kommentierung der Geschäftsentwicklung

  • Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Handlungsempfehlungen aus der Perspektive der Business Units

  • Erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie New Business Sales, Account Management, People, Customer Success oder den Central Units

  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte Erstellung und Koordination der Forecast- und Planungsprozesse der Business Units

  • Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen für den CFO und die Geschäftsführung

  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Finanz- und Controlling-Prozessen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Arbeitsweise
