Job Title: Paid Media Buyer

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST)

Compensation: USD $2,000 - $3,000 per month (Salary based on assessment)

Position Overview: We seek a talented Paid Media Buyer with experience across platforms to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Paid Media Buyer specializing in performance marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in devising and executing high-impact digital campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Taboola, and other relevant digital media platforms. Your primary goal will be to drive measurable results, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and contribute to the company’s overall marketing objectives. You’ll work with and be supported by a wildly talented team of designers, writers, and strategists. Your analytical mindset, creative flair, and media buying proficiency will be critical to success in this role. 

Responsibilities: 

Campaign Strategy and Management: 

  • Execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Taboola, and other digital media platforms.

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms to achieve key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CTR. 

  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness. 

  • Conduct A/B testing of account structure, ad creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements to refine strategies and improve performance. 

Ad Creatives and Copy: 

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and engaging copy that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience. 

  • Explore new ad formats and creative ideas, and test and iterate on ad creatives, targeting parameters, and campaign structures to improve performance. 

Audience Targeting: ,

  • Conduct thorough market research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign targeting and optimization.

  • Use advanced targeting options to reach specific audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences. 

Budget Management: 

  • Monitor campaign budgets and ensure adherence to allocated spending limits.

  • Allocate budget effectively across campaigns based on performance and priorities.

Performance Analytics and Reporting:

  •  Analyze key performance metrics regularly to measure the success of campaigns.

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends: 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to implement innovative and effective strategies. 

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets optimized for each platform. 

  • Effectively communicate campaign strategies, results, and updates to team members and management. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in paid media buying with a focus on performance marketing. 

  • Experience managing a minimum of $3M per year in advertising budget.

  • Proficiency in using analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, etc.) to develop, track, and analyze campaign performance. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. 

  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.

  • Strong understanding of account structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and segmentation strategies.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

  • A bias for action, and taking calculated risks.
