Job Summary:

As an Account Manager, you will be our clients' primary Point of Contact (POC), ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong, enduring relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, address client needs, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Understand client's needs and objectives to recommend suitable products or services.
  • Manage client onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration with our services.
  • Regularly check with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  • Proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities that align with clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, customer support) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, updates, and presentations as required.
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills.
