This is a remote position.

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

Rate: Php 208.33 per hour

Work Type: Part-time, Remote/WFH

Working Hours: 

  • Saturday - Monday (2 days)

  • 9 hours rotating shift with another part-time CSR

  • 5:30 pm MNL on Saturday to 5:30 am MNL on Monday


WEEKEND SERVICE

  • Answering Phone Calls:

    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls leveraging our Streams (Panterra Networks) VOIP system.

    • Promptly answering incoming calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.

    • Providing accurate information and assistance to callers as per your guidelines.

  • Attending to Client Care Customer Services:

    • Addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.

    • Escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

    • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

    • Calling leads received through APFM or Caring.com, with a particular emphasis on weekends.

    • Answering calls from potential leads with the goal of setting up in-home assessments.


  • Restaffing of Caregivers

    • Managing clock-ins/clock-outs using our AxisCare system.

    • Coordinating with caregivers to fill in shifts as required.

    • Managing last-minute staffing changes efficiently to ensure uninterrupted care services.

    • Managing scheduling tasks using our AxisCare system.

  • Reporting

    • Providing detailed reports at the end of each shift through email, voice, or text, based on your preference.

    • Summarizing call logs, client interactions, and any issues that arose during the shift.


ADDITIONAL WEEKEND SERVICES:

  • Reaching out to current clients to conduct surveys and gather feedback.

  • Creating content for social media or email marketing campaigns.

  • Managing and attending to different marketing platforms.

  • Conducting research on any client-specific topics or needs.


Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years CSR experience

  • Experience in scheduling tools like AxisCare & Wellsky or similar.

  • Experience in home care 

  • Must have social media or marketing experience.

  • Have managed and attended different marketing platforms.

  • Research skills
