Responsibilities:
- Supervise multiple audit engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery on time.
- Coordinate engagement management to meet revenue, profit, and resource allocation goals.
- Review the work of junior audit team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive quality in response to stakeholder and regulatory needs.
- Utilize appropriate resources and tools, including standardized audit approaches and Data & Analytics, to enhance quality.
- Conduct accounting research to ensure clients compliance with their accounting policies and relevant frameworks.
- Ensure timely assembly of engagement files and proper documentation retention per firm standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Minimum of 4 years of external audit experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to participate in international engagements virtually and adapt to shifting schedules.
