Description

We are looking for our next Director of RevOps to help develop Sales and Marketing Operations to the next chapter at Cobalt.

Reporting to the SVP of Finance and working closely with our GTM leadership and FP&A, your job will be to take RevOps at Cobalt to the next level. Apart from developing the RevOps team and systems infrastructure, you will be responsible for designing and implementing annual GTM plans, strategies and incentives and help the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the RevOps team: Build and develop the RevOps team to industry benchmark performance, define the annual RevOps strategy and run the weekly cadence.
  • Develop annual GTM strategies: Support the GTM Leadership and CEO to develop annual GTM plans and initiatives with fact based analysis. Advise the leadership on growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with FP&A to translate into annual financial plans.
  • Help drive the  GTM cadence: Sales forecasting, territory management, pipeline management and actionable analytics to the GTM leadership.
  • Own the GTM tech stack: Optimize systems and data management to align to the buyer’s journey and “Day in the Life” of the team, develop the GTM application landscape. Ensure our infrastructure supports our planning and execution needs through efficient workflows and high quality data. Establish the “single source of truth” through insightful dashboards across all teams. Be the GTM point of contact to our Data Engineering team. 
  • Support performance improvement: Leverage performance insights and tech stack mastery to help GTM leaders optimize processes and improve performance.
  • GTM Compensation: In collaboration with the GTM leadership, help develop our GTM compensation strategy and execution. Work with GTM leadership to review and improve the plans on an ongoing basis. Ensure the People team has everything required to accurately disburse payments.

You Have
  • 10-15 years of work experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, related function or management consulting
  • A global mindset. Cobalt has a global footprint and you must be comfortable navigating this reality
  • A base in the US to be sufficiently co-located with the rest of the team
  • Experience from high growth technology companies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - you will be working cross-functionally most of the time with senior leadership
  • Prior experience working in a very detail-oriented and analytical environment 
  • A proven leadership track record. You can strategize, prioritize, hire and build world class teams.
  • Experience with our GTM tool stack of SalesForce, Hubspot, SalesLoft, GONG, etc
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use

Pay Range Disclosure 

Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $225,000 per year + bonus, equity and benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.  The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
