About Us:
Yellowstone Local specializes in recruiting top-tier talent for skilled trades companies across the United States. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team and play a key role in identifying, engaging, and attracting the best candidates to meet our clients' needs.

Position Overview:
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment process, leveraging your expertise in sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines. You will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent across various skilled trades industries. We’re looking for someone proactive, tech-savvy, and innovative in sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using platforms such as Indeed, Recruitee, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill roles.

  • Screen and pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements and client needs.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve overall efficiency.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate information in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with a proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging high-quality candidates.

  • Extensive experience using Indeed, Recruitee, HubSpot, and other sourcing platforms and ATS systems.

  • Proactive approach with a passion for finding creative solutions to talent acquisition challenges.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and leveraging new tools and platforms to optimize sourcing efforts.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform sourcing strategies.

  • Familiarity with skilled trades industries is a plus.
