What you will do

  • Audit existing documentation in the wiki and Google Drive to identify gaps, outdated content, and areas for improvement;
  • Develop a new information architecture for the wiki and shared folders to improve accessibility and usability;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams (e.g., UX, Engineering, PM, QA) to gather content needs and ensure alignment;
  • Create and standardize templates for team pages, ensuring consistency and clarity across documentation;
  • Organize working sessions to address content needs, determine updates, and implement changes collaboratively;
  • Establish best practices for maintaining the wiki and prioritizing it as the central source of truth over Google Drive;
  • Provide regular project updates and deliver a framework for monthly release notes on Apply enhancements.

Must haves

  • +4 years of experience in content strategy, technical writing, or content design.
  • Proven expertise in organizing and managing content within tools such as Confluence and the Google Suite.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with engineering best practices and collaboration across UX, Engineering, PM, and QA teams.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills to handle complex documentation initiatives independently.
  • Ability to assess and adapt content processes across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in creating templates and driving consistency in technical documentation.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
