Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Advertised Salary: £42,500 - £45,000 + car cash allowance (£5,100 p.a.) + benefits (see 'what we offer' section)
Location: Remote, with regular travel across our regional canal networks (e.g. West Midlands, East Midlands, Wales & Southwest and London & South East).
Are you an experienced Project Manager interested in putting your project management expertise into practice to ultimately benefit millions of people? We are the Charity for waterways and wellbeing, who look after and bring to life 2,000 miles of waterways across England and Wales, because we believe that life is better by water. Every role across the Trust plays its part in transforming our canals and rivers into spaces where local people want to spend time and enjoy the unique experiences offered by our historic infrastructure.
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Infrastructure and Programme Delivery (IPD) team; playing an important role in supporting our vision and delivering our Waterways and Wellbeing strategy. You will be involved in a range of projects that will ensure our existing national waterways, reservoirs and infrastructure are managed and maintained, as well as being fundamental in bringing new developments and improvements to life for our visitors, customers and service users.

Based from home you will be within a reasonable commute to one of our regional hubs at either: Birmingham, Hatton & Ellesmere Port. This role will involve intermittent travel to a regional hub, for collaborative meetings and team working, as well as to our reservoirs, and along the canals and river navigations of the relevant networks. The regularity & flexibility of travel will be discussed further at interview stage but will largely be dependent on the phase of the existing projects (Design, Pricing, Construction, etc).
