THE ROLE

AG1 is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manager, Production Design to support the creation and execution of production-ready assets across various channels. This role will ensure all print, digital, and web files meet technical requirements while upholding brand standards. The Manager, Production Design will coordinate production workflows, ensure the quality of final assets, and collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams. This role will be responsible for translating creative concepts into production-ready files and optimizing the production design process for efficiency.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Oversee the production and delivery of assets for print, digital, and web, including packaging, display banners, social media posts, and website materials
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure assets align with brand and campaign specifications and are delivered on time
  • Develop and implement workflows to improve efficiency, focusing on accuracy and speed in the production design process
  • Manage the production process from concept to final output, ensuring high-quality execution across all formats
  • Review and prepare materials for various formats, including print, digital advertising, emails, and websites, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Support the creation of executive presentations and other cross-functional initiatives as needed
  • Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and detail-oriented work environment
  • Assist with light motion design tasks, such as simple text animations or GIF creation, as needed
  • Work closely with internal production teams, including photographers and videographers, to enhance content production capabilities

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5+ years of experience in production design, graphic design, or visual arts, with a strong focus on digital and print assets
  • Proficiency in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and Keynote
  • Solid understanding of pre-press and digital production workflows, including color management, typography, and layout principles
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for design details and the ability to translate creative concepts into tangible assets
  • Familiarity with motion design and animation is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working with consumer product brands and maintaining brand consistency and visual identity

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $87,500 - $111,500 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles
