Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role combines traditional recruiting expertise with a deep understanding of technology and programming. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively evaluate technical candidates from the initial interview stage, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the tech industry.

Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends
  • Conduct technical assessments during initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical proficiency and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements for each role and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and tech-specific platforms like GitHub and Stack Overflow
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Attend tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals and stay current with industry developments
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key technical positions
  • Optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices for technical hiring

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of programming languages, software development methodologies, and current tech trends
  • Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' technical skills effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Experience with various interview formats, including technical assessments and structured interviews
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
