We’re now seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to drive our sales efforts and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Research and qualify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems.
Generate a robust pipeline by setting meetings and nurturing leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms, applying Social Selling techniques.
Handle inbound replies, qualify leads, and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., Pipedrive), tracking all activities and results.
Perform follow-ups with cold and unformed leads, working to convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and implement strategies that expand the customer base.
Requirements:
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English level.
Experience as an SDR or in IT sales, particularly in cooperation with the USA market.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools like LinkedIn Navigator and Apollo.
General understanding of web/software development processes.
Ability to create engaging email sequences and manage time effectively.
Previous experience abroad, or participation in student leadership programs is a plus.
