This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)
Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break.


Job Description for Outbound Sales Representative for Telecom Services

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses in the United States to generate interest in telecom services
  • Pitch and explain the benefits of switching telephone or internet services to potential clients
  • Obtain and analyze current telecom invoices from prospects
  • Set appointments for further discussions or on-site visits
  • Close sales deals when possible or transfer qualified leads to closers
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the provided CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, experience in the telecommunications industry is a MUST
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong phone presence
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to telecom services
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
  • Fluent English speaker with a neutral accent


Requirements
