Job Summary:

Are you ready to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Green House is growing, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Strategy & Creative team. This role is perfect for a highly organized, proactive professional with experience in project management, hospitality/service, and marketing agencies. You’ll play a key role in supporting business development, branding, and frontline operations while working closely with a dynamic team in a scaling marketing agency. Reporting to our Senior Director of Project Management & Operations and collaborating with our Senior Account Director, you’ll manage critical projects, streamline processes, and contribute to the agency's continued success.

What You’ll Do:

As our Project Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead and manage internal and client-based projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Provide administrative support for scheduling, reporting, budgeting, meeting agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Use Monday.com and other tools to streamline communication and maintain consistency across teams.
  • Assist Strategy & Creative leadership in preparing executive updates and quarterly business reviews.
  • Support our new business funnel by managing CRM data, client profiles, and timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leading post-project reviews and incorporating feedback into future work.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Work a remote, set schedule from 9am-5pm EST. Occasional travel to onsite meetings will be required. 
What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience: A mix of project management, administrative, and hospitality/service industry experience (preferably in a marketing agency setting).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone (Miami, FL, New York, or New Jersey areas). Occasional travel to onsite meetings will be required. 
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Monday.com and Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
    • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
    • Proven success managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Project Management certification (preferred).

Compensation:

  • Salary - $105,000 - $110,000
  • Bonus Potential - 10% annually 
  • Communication Allowance - $100 monthly
  • Wellness Allowance - $50 monthly
