The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of Workday, ensuring seamless collaboration and compatibility with existing IT systems, while efficiently managing project plans using Smartsheets. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing Workday projects and thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the Workday implementation project, from inception to post-launch review.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance teams to ensure all technical and operational requirements are achieved.
• Utilize Smartsheets for planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting project progress.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving and accurate forecasting.
• Manage daily operations and coordination of IT workstreams to ensure successful system integration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership regarding project milestones and issues.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, focusing on ERP implementations, particularly Workday.
• Strong proficiency in Smartsheets for project management tasks.
• Demonstrated success in managing IT workstreams and system integration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
