Client is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to play a pivotal role in developing a robust volunteer program and fostering meaningful relationships with organizations, colleges, and potential partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our programs and mission of addressing the mother wound while creating scalable processes for future success.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and Onboarding Support
  Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining volunteers to develop a sustainable volunteer program.
  Create and implement HR policies and procedures that can be scaled as the organization grows.
  Ensure all volunteers receive appropriate training and support to contribute effectively.
• Outreach and Communications
  Build partnerships with organizations and colleges to expand client's network.
  Introduce client's company to potential collaborators by sharing program details and exploring ways to partner.
  Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote ongoing collaboration.
• Cold Calling and Client Engagement
  Conduct cold calls to introduce client's company programs to potential clients and partners.
  Provide detailed information on ways to get involved and the organization’s mission.
  Administer surveys related to the mother wound to gather insights and support program development.

Qualifications

• Passion for client's mission and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruiting, volunteer management, or HR policy development is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confidence in cold calling and outreach activities.
