Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work from Office
Salary: Php 30,000.00 – Php 40,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Phoenix, US Time or 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM PH Time
Holidays: Phoenix, Arizona, US Holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT/SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant/Sales Associate:

• Manage and schedule appointments for the business, primarily through LinkedIn outreach and email communication.
• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities and book appointments.
• Assist with creating and sending targeted email campaigns to prospective clients to promote services and secure bookings.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant/Sales Associate:

• Proven experience in Sales, Customer Service, and/or Virtual Assistance.
• Strong communication skills with good English accent.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn for outreach and appointment scheduling.
• Experience with email marketing tools and campaigns is a plus.
• Comfortable with making sales calls and following up with leads.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
