Genesis10 is seeking an Epic Senior Application Analyst (General Ledger) with our client located in Shaker Heights, OH. This is a direct hire, hybrid W2 position. This is a remote position.

** Salary range is $90-124k**

Job Description:

The Senior Epic Analyst designs, configures, tests, and implements changes of assigned Epic system applications. They will lead operational work groups and teams to gather and analyze requirements for new requests. In this role, the senior Epic Analyst consults with Epic representatives, leadership, and subject matter experts to engage stakeholders to configure and build Epic software and applications. The role includes the management of projects; working through complex problems, performing and supporting application upgrades, provides solutions, develops and documents workflows harmonized with systems, and supports the implementation life cycle to include end user adoption.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining revenue mapping in Epic general ledger
Will workwith finance team and needs to understand their revenue needs
Troubleshoot general ledger issues
Leads design of business requirements, software build, test, training, support and coordinates with Finance on reporting needs

Requirements:

High School Equivalent / GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Business/Healthcare Related Field
3+ years supporting the Epic General Ledger for Hospital and Professional Billing
Epic Hospital Billing Certification or Professional Billing Certification required
General Ledger experience required
4+ years in designing, configuring, testing and maintaining Epic applications
2+ years working in a health care related IT environment
Detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem solving ability
